Though we strive to provide a great customer experience and take pride in the quality and authenticity of our range of exclusive products, product faults may occur, please notify us of your concern immediately (within 2 hours of pick-up/delivery) and immediate action will be taken. If the return is agreed upon by L’OPERA management, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging accompanied by proof of purchase
We will give you credit for the amount returned for use towards a future purchase. All refunds will be provided as in-store credit or online voucher. By accepting such a replacement or refund, the Customer or any other party involved consents to waive any additional complaint that could be made. After analysing the situation, L’OPERA will decide at its own discretion on a suitable arrangement, either a refund of the sums paid or a new delivery of the Products within thirty (30) days from cancellation of the order.
