2. Get 5% of your bill as Première credits (each worth Rs.1).
3. Get a sign-up bonus of 50 Première credits.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

1. To become a Première member, please register with a mobile number, which will be used thereon for identification after every transaction.
2. As part of our exclusive Première membership benefits programme, a sign-up bonus of 50 Première credits will be transferred to your account within 48 hours of registering.
3. Members are entitled to 5% of their total bill gross value as Première credits. The redemption value of every credit point is Rs 1.
4. Loyalty programme available for outlet and online purchasers.
5. A minimum balance of 100 Première credits is required in your account for redemption.
6. Validity of reward Première credits is one year (365 days) from the transaction date.
7. In exceptional cases, account transfers will be accepted, upon authorisation from L’Opéra.
8. Première credits are not allowed on transactions using any other promotion, or external tender types like Zomato, Swiggy, etc.
9. Credits accrual / redemption is currently available at select Première stores only.

REDEMPTION OF POINTS :

(Currently available in the outlets only)

1. The members are required to share the Première phone number and an OTP confirmation for credit redemption.
2. Once the accumulated credits have been redeemed against a purchase, the transaction is final and the credits cannot be reversed or reimbursed.
3. Première credits can be used to settle transactions in full or in part.
