Alfred Nobel Pastry

India’s first Alfred Nobel-inspired pastry, created by L’Opéra’s Executive Chef Kevin Duthel in collaboration with the Embassy of Sweden. A Scandinavian-inspired creation drawn from Nordic terroir — sea buckthorn, cardamom and buckwheat — bridged with an Assam tea crémeux. Triangular form, finished with a dark chocolate royal spray and signed with the initials “AN” in edible gold.
