This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through the website www.loperaindia.com, mobile applications, and online ordering services operated by L’Opéra, unit of French Bakery Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver only to select serviceable locations.

Delivery availability depends on:

Distance from store locations
Operational capacity
Product type

If your location falls outside our delivery radius, you may be offered a pickup option.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery times displayed during checkout are estimated only.
Actual delivery may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, or operational factors.

We do not guarantee exact delivery times.

3. SAME-DAY & SCHEDULED DELIVERY

Where available:

Customers may select preferred delivery slots.
While we aim to honor selected slots, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

4. DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery fees may apply based on:

Distance
Order value
Promotional offers

Applicable charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must ensure:

Accurate delivery address
Valid contact number
Availability to receive the order

Failure to meet these conditions may result in unsuccessful delivery.

6. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery fails due to:

Customer unavailability
Unreachable contact number

In such cases, refund may not be issued. However, the Company may review the matter on a case-by-case basis subject to applicable law.

7. DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

Risk transfers upon successful delivery, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers should inspect the order immediately upon receipt.

8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERY

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:

Customers are requested to notify us within 2 hours; however, claims will be evaluated in accordance with applicable law.
Provide photos and order details

We will review and provide resolution as per our Refund Policy.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Traffic disruptions
Weather conditions
